What to Expect During Your First Visit
When you come in for your first visit, we will ask you to fill out a New Patient Form and a Medical Form.
We will complete a full oral exam to help determine your dental needs and review your past medical and dental history. This includes:
- Reviewing your dental history, including any previous dental work as well as your medical history
- Performing a complete oral exam
- Creating a personalized dental health plan

We have multiple insurance options for you, and our team would be happy to help you get set up.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no charge for missed appointments provided 48 hours notice is given.
At-Home Dental Care
Your at-home oral healthcare routine helps to keep your mouth healthy. Brushing twice a day and flossing once a day can help keep your smile healthy between appointments.
